Why is the symbol of the eagle of the Coast Guard flag and logo and emblem of the Army of the same thing?

The Coast Guard Standard The origins of the Coast Guard standard are very dark. May have evolved from a quick setup. At least this supports contemporary painting theory. In a 1840 painting, cutting income Alexander Hamilton today flies a flag very similar to the Coast Guard standard as a cat. This flag, as the Union Jack, is the top of the flag of the United States, appears to be the canton or upper corner to cut the sign. An illustration of 1917 shows that the level of the Coast Guard like a white flag with a blue eagle and 13 stars in a semicircle around him. At a later date, the words "United States Coast Guard - Semper Paratus" were added. After 1950, the semicircle of stars was changed to the circle containing 13 stars. The Coast Guard standard is used in parades and ceremonies and decorated with streamers all 34 battle. We are unique for other services, because we have two official flags, the standard Coast Guard and Coast Guard sign.
