Ok, Im having a real problem when trying to run. So, am tall and skinny, but I'm hip bag (the fat in the hips and upper buttocks). But anyway, here deal.I can not run, because when I start my buttocks and hips until beginning to worry me so hard and painful as this dreadful feeling peel them, to get my bones. If I ignore this feeling, this area becomes red and burns and itches at the same time.
