I want to add a speedometer to my custom VW trike. Is there a simpler solution?
To my knowledge, never had it and a mechanic Volkswagen announced a pain to add the VW rear end. I find a kit to connect to the front wheel of his bike a Springer front
Auto Meter provides Speedo self calibration. used with a Dakota Pick Up is an easy job. The truck is placed anywhere you can count the revolutions of a metal object (such as the rays of a hub, or the teeth of a gear), which sends pulses (cable) to the gauge. By placing the camera in the "Program", running 2 mi. Then exit the program, the processor in the speedometer can determine how fast it travels. I installed some of them and like them.
