What can I do with a stripped oil plug?

i might as well have bought a car 1 month ago and I'm actually the first oil change. Well, I can not because the oil cap is not deprived Super Bad, that is a complete circle, yet none of its unwillingness to understand. Anyone any idea? I do not want to change the oil pan around any idea what can help. I stripped the hexagon is breaking loose.
