How to change Lights Harley Tour Pack?
I have a 2002 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic Electra Glide. One of the sidelights Pack The Tour death. How do I access the bulb? Jerry
1. Open Tour-Pak 2. Ultra models, nuts upcard pocket and remove the gland. Remove Cover Map molding the bag and Tour-Pak. 3. Remove the four TORX T15 screws release objective side of the Tour-Pak. 4. Using the blade of an X-Acto knife or a small screwdriver, gently lever three eyelets on the inside of the mounting bracket. Carnations remove and remove the mounting bracket Lens, carnations Discard if damaged. 5. Remove the lamp socket and discard. Install the new bulb in its socket. 6. Align the holes in the mounting bracket with the lenses. Carnations Push three holes on the mounting bracket in the pattern of the lens. Use grommets again, if damaged. 7. Venue Optical position next to the Tour-Pak, but be careful to avoid pinching or kinking son. Note that the central vein within the surface of the magnifying glass for top cable routing. 8. From inside the Tour-Pak to install three T15 Torx screws. In the Ultra install the liner molded into the Tour-Pak. Install the card pocket and secured using acorn nuts. 10. Close Tour-Pak. Piece of cake,,,, right?
